How long will it take for Brides Box to be shipped?
All orders take 24 hours to be processed and 4-5 days to ship via our standard courier service. If you need your gift box to be delivered in a more timely manner please contact us.
Will the box arrive exactly as shown?
Yes. However, we sometimes keep more fragile items in their original packaging to help prevent damage whilst the product is in transit.
What happens if you don't have one or more items in stock?
In the unlikely event that we run out of an item of stock and cannot fulfil your order in the above timeframe, we will contact you within two days of you placing your order to discuss this further.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the UK & Ireland, but check back at a later date as we may decide to spread the Brides Box love further.
Do the products ever change?
Yes absolutely! We are always innovating and uncovering hidden gems to bring you the most exclusive and exciting gift boxes.
Do you offer Groom and Best Man gift boxes?
This is something we are quietly working on. We will share the juicy details once everything is in place.
What about returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of our business and the love we put into creating every box, all sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange a box if it arrives to you with any damage or breakages.
I would love my product to appear in Brides Box. Is this possible?
